Raw materials: 3 pounds of pork belly, 4 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 3 spoons of cooking wine, soybean paste 1 spoon, 300 ml beer, ginger, green onion.
Preparation steps
1: First prepare 3 pounds of pork belly and cut it into small pieces, prepare a green onion and cut it into strips, and cut the ginger into slices for later use.
2: Now let’s make some sauce, prepare a small bowl, pour in 4 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 3 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of soybean paste, and 300 ml of beer and mix well. .
3: Pour cold water into the pot, put the pork belly in, add green onions, ginger slices, and cooking wine. Turn up the heat and bring the water to a boil. After the water boils, cook for 4-5 minutes and remove from the pot. Just enough moisture (during the cooking process, some foam will appear on the top, remember to skim off all the foam).
4: Put another pot, do not put cooking oil in the pot, put the pork in and fry until both sides are golden brown.
5: Put ginger slices and scallion segments in the rice cooker, then put the pork belly in, use chopsticks to spread the pork belly, add 5-8 grains of rock sugar, and pour in the stirred sauce. Cover the lid and press the cooking button. It will cook for about 50 minutes and it will be ready.
Note:
1. Cut the pork belly as small as possible, so that each piece is almost the same size.
2. When making the sauce, don’t add a lot of seasonings. Only add the ingredients in step 2, and the taste will be great.
3. First blanch the pork belly in the pan, and then fry the pork belly in the pan. Do not pour cooking oil in it when frying.
