The first festival here is the Spring Festival. Before the Spring Festival, every household will kill pigs one after another after entering the twelfth lunar month, especially in rural areas. After killing pigs, the villagers will be invited to have a big meal. My hometown will definitely eat chicken, fish and meat on New Year's Eve. The chicken must be a rooster. Stew it whole, and hold your head high when you put it out of the pot. It not only means "rising step by step", but also is refreshing and delicious, which makes people want to swallow saliva without eating.
Another climax after the Spring Festival is undoubtedly the Lantern Festival. It is of course essential to eat Yuanxiao on the Lantern Festival. Soft white flour is wrapped in a fragrant and delicious sandwich. Take a bite, and the sweet black sesame paste flows into your mouth and melts slowly in your mouth ... During the Lantern Festival, everything revolves around the "circle", so it is natural to turn on the lights. There is a custom in my hometown that has lasted for many years-Lantern Festival. On the 14th and 15th nights of the first lunar month, the pedestrian street and administrative center always light up "sleepless nights" red lanterns, adding a beautiful landscape to their hometown. It is precisely because of this that every lantern festival is crowded with people, which is really a sea of people! Therefore, I was very helpless when I arrived later.
