Then the most important thing is to reduce going out, because if you don't go out, you won't spend money indiscriminately. If you can't see what you want to buy, it is not good to borrow money to buy it. Sometimes I joke with my roommate and say, "Don't invite me to activities above 50 points." I know I have no self-control over what I like. Even if you borrow money, you have the impulse to buy it.

Of course, saving is not a good policy, and the best way is to open up sources instead of reducing expenditure. In order not to be too shabby, I will find some part-time jobs so that I can save some money and give my parents living expenses next month.
