Reading list: Learn to eat

My opinion:

1. If you can't eat it, you will be brave. You don't have to eat it all, but it is more likely to help African children eat. Because then we won't eat more, and the bigger our stomachs are, the more we eat and cook. (This is what I remember most from listening to this book before. After that, what my son can't eat will be left to him. Of course, most people who are worried about hunger are Bao Dad.)

2. Why do you go on a diet during the day? Because people only have willpower when they are energetic during the day, and their willpower is exhausted at night.

3. Everyone has to make 2~3 decisions related to stuffing things into his mouth every day. -let me want my grandmother's "famous sayings and epigrams" (because in my opinion, what she said was so general that I didn't understand it at that time) She said: People's life is nothing more than a crack! When I heard it, I asked, Grandma, what do you mean? Grandma replied: this is the seam in the mouth. Isn't it mostly to fill this seam and stuff it?

4. This book teaches everyone to eat with mindfulness. The core is that you should be able to learn to be friends with your food, just like saying "yes" when you eat. So food brings us self-care, self-nourishment, compassionate exploration and curiosity. Eating in this way cultivates our inner gourmets, not our inner police force. We don't take the blame, we don't fight.

5. Four core elements of positive ceremony ① Learn to sit still, improve your perception and open your inner perception; 2 understand your will power; (3) embrace rather than fight things; ④ Feel the influence of scientific adjustment.

6. What is a positive scene? For example, when you suddenly see the sunset, you feel beautiful. Finding this feeling is mindfulness. (I looked up on my way home last evening and saw the sunset glow. I didn't stop to take pictures, so I thought I would have enough time to go to the roof to see it when I got home. ) I was going to look through the photos of the sunset glow before, but I couldn't find them for a while. When I saw My Neighbor Totoro's book, I remembered that I spent more than an hour one afternoon finishing the book with my son, and I had seen the movie before. I knew that it was a very good feeling and I had no distractions.

7. Mindfulness can be cultivated, which is a deeper link. What is the opposite? If you are not in the state of mindfulness, we call it drifting and noisy. For example, if you turn around, you can't find the key.

8. It's normal to eat in any situation. If you don't suppress it, you should constantly cultivate your perception. If you have love, tolerance and experience for yourself, the more you eat, the healthier you will be.

9. How many calories is appropriate? 25~4 calories per kilogram.

1. What (when) is meditation? Dress and cook.

11. Use mindfulness to pause for a moment, be aware, relax, let the floating mind calm down, and find your inner wisdom. The reason for focusing on the present and mindfulness is that from all kinds of academic research and historical classics, this is the direction of our life. Our healing path lies in that we can live more consciously and feel, instead of blindly advancing and stuffing things into our mouths.

I think: sometimes wise people are around, such as my grandmother. In my opinion, it is mentioned in paragraph 3 that everyone has to make 2~3 decisions related to stuffing things into his mouth every day. Her cooking is as simple as adding some water and salt, and nothing else, but the simplicity of this road also comes from her point of view: less gluttony and more leisure (don't be busy with all kinds of food, sometimes especially guests come and children come back, but parents have no time to chat and talk after a hard day).

I tried to learn how to eat the four raisins mentioned in my meal, but it was still difficult. Although I have certain rules and controls on calories, intake, what I should eat and general collocation, it is difficult to eat slowly. Because I was busy with farm work in primary school and ate very fast, if I didn't go to eat immediately after living in junior high school for three years, I would probably be hungry if I was stolen. Even in high school, I sprinted 1 meters to eat. In college, I also ate fast and much. Even after I got married, I had two bowls of rice, which only dropped a little in the past year or two. This year, I finally plan to do the fitness that I have been shouting for many years before I can really study and practice. However, even if I achieved the ratio of 2:1:1, I tried to cook three meals myself and eat more vegetables. There is still a problem: I just ate it in a hurry and didn't feel it with mindfulness. So after reading this book, tell yourself: slow down. (My dad eats super fast, but you eat slowly. For so many years, we all learn from my dad and joked that my mom eats so slowly → my child is ignorant.)

Today, I spent more time with my baby, and my child finally enjoyed playing with the dirt. Today, before 9 o'clock, I fell asleep after listening to my book. Today, I finished running 4 kilometers+skipping rope+visiting the fitness APP before writing notes. In fact, I finished listening to this book in the morning. I hope I will continue to practice+keep listening to the habit of writing notes. Come on.
