Brown sugar cake (self-rising flour)
Ingredients
Self-rising wheat core powder 250g
Brown sugar 90g
300g water
Some raisins or red dates
Method
1. Mix water and brown sugar, heat it in a milk pot, melt the brown sugar, don’t boil it specially, just boil it yourself Control, the cooked brown sugar water can be left at room temperature.
2. Slowly pour the flour into the brown sugar water, stir little by little, and pour in little by little. The mixed batter should not be too thin or too thick. If it feels too thin, you can add some flour appropriately. Remember the flour. Don't add a little more.
3. Stir the flour until there are no particles, wrap it with plastic wrap, and leave it for 60-90 minutes. The batter will rise. I left it for 60 minutes when it was hot.
4. Pour the risen batter into the oiled grinder, sprinkle raisins on top, put it into the steamer, and steam for 20-25 minutes. Do not take it out immediately after steaming. Let the pot simmer for a while.
