1. Wash dried shiitake mushrooms and soak them in water for 10 minutes, then cut them in half. The green pepper is pedicled, seeded and cut into small pieces. Ginger 1 piece, garlic 3 pieces, dried pepper 5 pieces.
2. Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, heat the oil temperature to 70%, add the chicken pieces and fry them dry, and pour in 1 spoon sugar water to coat the chicken with sugar.
