Tools/raw materials: bowls, chicken breast, cooking wine, salt, pepper, cheese slices, flour, eggs, bread crumbs, air fryer.
1. Prepare an empty bowl, put a large piece of cut chicken breast, then add cooking wine, salt and pepper to the bowl and marinate for 2 hours.
