How to make a small pig's head steamed stuffed bun?
Put the yeast into the water, mix it evenly, and then pour it into the flour. First, use chopsticks to stir it into a flocculent state, and then knead it into dough by hand.
Cover the container with plastic wrap and ferment to twice its size.
Knead into a ball and exhaust, take out a proper amount and put it aside to make ears and nose. The remaining dough is divided into 15 portions on average. According to my personal preference, I made it small and stuffed it with bean paste. If you don't wrap the stuffing, divide it into 8 parts.
Knead 15 portion of dough and cover it with plastic wrap at any time to prevent the surface of dough from drying.
I added a little monascus powder to the dough for making ears and kneaded it well. Pinch it into your ears and nose, and then fork out your nostrils with chopsticks. Ear, nose and noodles can also be mixed with carrot juice, corn flour, pumpkin and so on.
Get some water on your ears and nose, and on your pig's head. Pig eye, I rubbed some flour with black sesame paste. Any ready-made materials at home can be used, such as black sesame seeds, black beans and black raisins.
After shaping, put it into a steamer for secondary fermentation. Wake up for a long time, put it in cold water, steam on medium fire for 10- 15 minutes, and then turn off the fire. Stew for 3-5 minutes and then open the lid.
