Niangpi is a traditional snack with strong local flavor in Qinghai. It is made of flour and seasoned with pepper, vinegar and leek. It's delicious. Baijia Niangpi can be said to be an old-fashioned Niangpi shop known as "the first in Xining". There are two kinds of stuffed skins, black and yellow, which are crowded with people from morning till night and may be sold out at night.
2.yogurt
The yogurt mentioned here is not made by the factory we often drink, but by the local Hui people themselves. Put it in a small bowl, cover it with small glass, and then sell it on the street by the Hui people themselves.
They use small bowls of boiled milk to make yogurt, and they also drop a few drops of vegetable oil at the mouth of the bowl. The surface of the milk skin is golden, with little oil stains, white as fat, fresh and tender, cool and slightly sour, with a spoonful of sugar, sweet in acid, cool and delicious.
3. Yak Zhuanggu Decoction
The taste is crisp, not greasy, and it is soft to bite into. It's roasted with yak soup and oil. Maybe it's Chinese medicine. The taste of soup is sweet first and then bitter.
