In response to this call, I decided to take a self-driving trip to Hubei on the weekend. I originally wanted to choose Shennongjia, but it looked very popular and I had already reserved tickets for the weekend online, so I changed the location and decided to go to the Dixin Valley Scenic Area in Enshi Jianshi (formerly known as Shimen).

I got off work early on Friday afternoon, drove my JEEP Compass, and set off with my family and friends. I stayed in Yichang City in the evening and had king shrimp and crayfish for dinner. Soon I came to the Dixin Valley Tourist Service Center. In order to better earn tourists in a reasonable and compliant manner, I set up the Tourist Service Center in the town, and then forced tourists to buy public transportation in the scenic area.

Go to the visitor center to collect tickets with your booking phone, and you are also required to purchase the scenic bus fare of 30 yuan.

Tourists choose to buy the glass bridge for 80 yuan, the magic carpet in the sky for 25 yuan, the sightseeing elevator for 35 yuan, and others.

Based on past experience, I only purchased a scenic bus for 30 yuan.

Because I arrived early, there were not many tourists. I got on the bus and quickly arrived at the entrance of the real scenic spot. I saw many cars parked outside the entrance of the scenic spot. I should be able to drive over directly, but there seems to be no place to exchange tickets. I guess it’s hard to come here.

Those who enter the scenic area to buy a glass bridge can pass directly through the canyon from the bridge. Those who have not purchased need to walk down. Fortunately, the walk is not very far, and it also passes through a small tunnel and a suspension bridge. It feels more fun than walking on the glass bridge.

It is recommended not to take the glass bridge and spend the money (except if you want to experience the glass bridge).

The scenic spot slowly descends along the canyon, and the scenery becomes more and more beautiful. As it slowly approaches the bottom of the valley, the scenery reaches its peak. The clear river water carves the stones in the canyon into various shapes, against the backdrop of the green stream.

The scenery was so beautiful that we couldn't stop coming. More importantly, it was very cool, with the temperature only being 22 or 23 degrees. The fresh air filled the air around us. We walked along the bottom of the valley while admiring the beautiful scenery. It really felt like we were walking into the valley.

At the end of the valley is the place for water rafting. Because we were in a hurry, we didn't experience the beauty of water rafting here.

Start climbing according to the signs of the scenic spot. When you climb to the ticket office of the Magic Carpet in the Sky, you realize that you need to buy tickets for the Magic Carpet in the Sky to reach the other side of the canyon (the so-called Magic Carpet in the Sky is a walking elevator similar to an airport laid on the bridge).

Either walk down and then go up. For you who are already a little exhausted from climbing, you probably have only one choice.

In fact, when you are at the rafting place at the bottom of the valley, you can skip the signs and cross the river and climb up the mountain road on the other side to get there. The distance is as far as the climb here.

Continuing to walk along the plank road, we soon came to the sightseeing elevator. In the same way, we need to choose to climb or sit. I chose to take the elevator without hesitation. I arrived at the visitor center around 15:00 in the afternoon to exchange my ticket, but was still told that I needed to buy a bus within the scenic area for 40 yuan (including a battery car and a bus).

After entering the scenic spot, I was confused. I didn't know how to get there. I couldn't call to ask, so I found out that I had to go down in the direction of the exit.

Then the painful way down the mountain begins. The endless descent will make you collapse. The scenery is as ordinary as possible. When you go down to the toll booth of the slide, you probably have only one choice at this time - buy a ticket.

Let's slide down, the ticket price is 30 yuan.

After exiting the slide, you continue to go down the mountain. After going down a few more steps, you will see the zipline ticket office. The ticket price is 60 yuan. Your unruly legs leave you with only one option to slide down. This zipline slides from this side of the mountain stream.

Continue descending and soon reach the bottom of the ditch. Walking along the bottom of the ditch, the scenery is slightly better than before. I guess this is the real scenic spot of the Baren River. When you are about to leave the scenic spot, the scenery is a bit similar to the Earth's Center Valley, but it is better than the Earth's Core Valley.

To return, first take a battery car, and then take a bus. This is also different from other scenic spots.

In the evening, we stayed in the river view room of Tiantian Express Hotel in Badong County. The scenery of the county was good.

Day 3: Get up in the morning and go to the 5A-level scenic spot Shennong River. Come to the tourist service center. Tickets are free, but you need a 50 yuan cruise fee. There is also a 130 yuan full-day cruise ticket. We have to rush back, so

There were still a lot of tourists, and the cruise ship was almost full. I entered the Shennong River to see the scenery on both sides. I was really disappointed. I guess the Three Gorges would have been very beautiful before it was filled with water. I got off the boat at the end and enjoyed the performance of the Bashan Children. It was so-so.
