Practice and steps:
1. Wash the cabbage, cut it into shreds, soak it in salt water for about 10 minutes, then rinse it and drain it.
2. Cut millet pepper into pepper rings and garlic into minced garlic. Add hot oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add minced garlic first, then add millet pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Pour in the cabbage and stir fry until the cabbage is broken.
4. Add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce in turn and mix well. A delicious cabbage is ready.
