Dengzhan cake is a traditional famous spot in Wenzhou and western Fujian, Zhejiang Province, and it is also one of the top ten famous snacks in Wenzhou. At the same time, it is also a local specialty snack in Liancheng, Changting and Pucheng in Fujian Province.
