Guilin's eighteen-year-old rice wine includes: bamboo shoot rice wine, snail rice wine, tofu rice wine, pumpkin flower rice wine and so on.
4. Lipu braised pork with taro: There are many ways to eat braised pork. People in Guangdong prefer braised pork with pickles, while those in Guilin prefer taro braised pork.
Guilin's taro braised pork uses high-quality taro produced in Lipu.
Because of the unique geographical environment and fertile soil, the taro produced in Lipu is large, white and soft.
The braised pork garnished with Lipu taro is fat but not greasy, crispy and delicious.
5. Stir-fried Lijiang shrimp: Most of the friends who visit Guilin are actually going for the scenery of the Lijiang River.
The Lijiang River is rich in freshwater fish and shrimp resources. The river shrimps in the Lijiang River are not big in size, but they are delicious.
Fresh river shrimps are stir-fried with Guilin Sanhua wine. They are delicious, crispy and go very well with rice.
