Scrambled eggs with Chili peppers are fried as follows:
1. Chop the onion, wash and cut the pepper into sections, knock the eggs into a small pot to prepare all the ingredients, and break them up with chopsticks for later use.
2. Add 1 spoon of salt and stir well. Pour oil into a hot pan and stir-fry chopped green onion until fragrant. Pour in egg liquid and stir-fry evenly. Stir-fry chili twice. Finally, add 3 spoonfuls of delicious and fresh soy sauce, stir well and serve.
