Sushi Sushi

In Japanese cuisine, sushi is vinegar rice with other ingredients, including fish, various meats and vegetables. Outside Japan, sushi is sometimes misunderstood as raw fish itself, or even any fresh raw seafood dish. In Japan, raw fish sliced separately is called sashimi, which is different from sushi because sashimi is a part of raw fish, not rice. The word sushi itself comes from an outdated grammatical form of words, which is no longer used in other contexts; Literally, sushi means "it's sour."

There are various types of sushi: sushi rolled in laver (dried and pressed layer of seaweed or algae) is called rolled sushi or rolled sushi; Sushi is a rice ball made of handmade toppings, called nigirizushi toppings, which are stuffed into a small bag of fried tofu called inarizushi. Sprinkle the topping on a bowl of sushi rice.
