Seasoning: salt, chicken powder, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, Chili sauce, bean paste.
Prepare about half a catty of prawns, cut off the whiskers and feet of prawns, put them in a basin, and then use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp line in the third section of the shrimp back and put it in the basin for later use.
Add salt, pepper and cooking wine to the pot, stir well, and set aside to marinate for 10 minute to make the prawns more tasty.
Prepare half a lotus root, cut it into thin slices and put it in the pot. Slice the mushrooms one by one and put them with the lotus root slices.
Half of the yam is peeled and sliced, and put into the pot with lotus root slices.

Add prawns, stir fry a few times, turn off the heat and start seasoning. Add 2g of salt, 1 g of chicken powder, 0.5g of pepper and 1 g of sugar to taste and refresh, and 5g of light soy sauce is poured in from the side of the pot.
Add cucumber and onion, stir-fry quickly for a few times, melt all seasonings, pour in a little bright oil, stir-fry for a while, add bright oil to make the dishes brighter, sprinkle with a little white sesame seeds, and simply turn over, then turn off the heat and serve.
