Pizza Pie 1. Ingredients 1. Crust: 600g all-purpose flour, 2T sugar, 4T butter, 1 and 1/2C warm water, 1T yeast 2. Filling: 150g ham, 300g minced meat, 150g mushrooms, 2 green peppers, 2 onions
each, 500g cheese 3. Pizza sauce: 1/2C tomato paste, 1/2C sweet chili sauce, 1C minced onion, 1/2C diced tomatoes, 2T minced garlic, 1t pepper, 1T sugar, 1/2t salt 2. Method 1
.Dry yeast is first dissolved in 1C warm water, sugar and salt are dissolved in 1/2C warm water.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the skin and knead into a ball.
Apply some oil on the surface and place it in a basin or plastic bag for 20 to 30 minutes.
3. Mix the pizza sauce ingredients and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
4. Divide the risen dough into two pieces, shape each into the size of a baking pan, place on the pan, and bake at 180 degrees until yellow.
5. Cut the ham into strips, slice the mushrooms, cut green peppers and onions into rings, mince the meat, add a little salt and pepper, and stir-fry until cooked.
6. Spread the cooked pizza sauce evenly on the baked dough, then top with the ground meat, ham, mushrooms, onions and green peppers, and finally sprinkle with shredded cheese.
7. Bake at 200 degrees until the cheese dissolves and the pizza sauce boils.
