There are many festivals in our lives: Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, Teachers' Day... Each festival contains people's best wishes and wishes.
I wish there was a "Food Festival".
Although I am skinny, I actually love to eat.
However, instead of eating two or three bowls per meal to satisfy my stomach like some people, I try every dish to satisfy my taste buds.
So I'm not fat at all.
One day, my parents took me to the "Food Festival". I was so excited that I jumped up and down to the venue.
Outside the venue: there were huge crowds of people, and some vendors took this opportunity to display exquisite products for sale.
Inside the venue, the scenery is even better: rows of long tables are filled with delicacies from the mountains and seas. There are shouts from the competition venue. Staff provide free appetizing drinks and digestive yogurt. There are also lotus flowers for people to enjoy.
.
We first came to the competition site of the "Big Eater Challenge".
I saw 5 burgers, 7 pairs of grilled wings, and 4 pairs of fried wings placed in front of each contestant.
The rule is that the one who eats the most within the allotted 3 minutes wins.
The game started. Contestant No. 1 devoured three burgers in one go. However, when he just finished eating the fifth burger, he started to hiccup and failed.
No. 4 drank two mouthfuls of water after eating two mouthfuls. After a while, he was full and failed.
The competition started between No. 2 and No. 3. No. 2 ate slowly, drinking a little water after eating a hamburger or a pair of chicken wings. His mouth and tongue were not dry. In the end, the difference was only one pair of chicken wings.
narrowly defeated and won the championship.
We came to the "Cooking Competition" again.
The rule is whoever cooks the best food wins.
The people on the stage are all chefs from various hotels.
They all showed off their best cooking skills, and bursts of fragrant aroma burst out. Everyone was immersed in the scene, as if they were in another wonderful world.
In the end, Chef No. 4’s “Coconut Chicken” won the championship with its crispy chicken and fragrant coconut milk.
As we walked, we saw that the "Children's Cooking Competition" was now open for registration.
With the encouragement of my parents, I participated in the competition.
The dish I cooked was "Cola Chicken Wings". I first poured a small can of Coca-Cola into the pot, then carefully poured a little soy sauce, put the chicken wings in, covered the pot, and waited patiently.
After a while, the coke was completely absorbed by the chicken wings.
I gently took out the chicken wings, put them on a plate, sprinkled them with minced chili pepper, put them in the microwave oven and baked them for one minute, and the "Cola Chicken Wings" were done. Ten minutes later, the results came out, and I actually won first place!
I was ecstatic, but when I was excitedly preparing to receive the award, a drop of cool water fell on me and I was awakened.
It turns out that all of this is just a beautiful dream!
But I still hope this can become a reality.
