Do you need to wrap the clams when roasting?
Ingredients: 500g clams, 5g coriander, 3g refined salt.
How to bake clams in a microwave oven: ① First, bring some sea water with you when you buy clams. After taking them home, raise them for half a day and add a little refined salt to make them spit out the sediment.
②When the clams spit out sand, put a lid on the container and don't cover it too tightly.
Otherwise the clam will act like a small water gun, spraying water everywhere.
③Then, rinse the clams under running water and drain them.
④Put the washed clams in a container designed for microwave ovens and close the lid.
⑤Then, place the container in the microwave and bake over medium-high heat for 4 minutes.
⑥Take out the container after 4 minutes and sprinkle with coriander.
Cover the lid and toss it a few times before eating, the original flavor is extremely tender.
