The Yindu Building, built in the 1990s and almost accompanying a generation of people in Liuzhou, was once known as "the number one unfinished building in Guangxi".

The reporter saw at the scene that Guangxi Fifth Construction Company was undergoing intense construction. The exterior wall protective steel pipes surrounded the facade of the podium building, and a brand new tower crane was also being installed on site.

According to the construction personnel, after the erection of the protective frame on the podium's exterior facade is completed, it will continue to extend upward to the top of the main building. The 32-story New Yindu Building on the ground will be tightly wrapped by the protective frame on the building's exterior facade.

The street facade of the New Yindu Building adjacent to Yufeng Road has been relocated and cleared, but it has not been demolished yet. Instead, a brick wall has been built to seal the facade and replace the original rolling shutter.

The construction company told reporters that the reason why this row of facades has not been demolished is because the construction site of the New Yindu Building is right behind the facades, and this row of vacant buildings can be used to provide accommodation for workers.

In response to folk rumors that "Yindu Building tilts", the New Yindu Project management staff pointed out that they had asked a third-party organization to come and measure. The main building of the nearly 150-meter-high building has a vertical error of only about 2 centimeters, which is fully in line with the national

Building Standards.

Engineering and technical personnel found that the construction quality of the New Yindu Building is still very solid after more than 10 years of ups and downs.

The original Yindu Building underwent pile foundation construction in October 1994. It was designed and built 18 years ago. In addition, it is located in a prosperous area of ????Liuzhou City, and it has unknowingly become "the number one unfinished building in Guangxi".

Singapore Straits Real Estate previously purchased Yindu Building, renamed it "New Yindu Building", and established Liuzhou New Yindu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., becoming the new owner of the original Yindu Building.

In 2009, Liuzhou Xinyindu acquired the land on the north side of the project as the expansion site for the north podium of the Xinyindu Building.

It is understood that after Yintai Group takes control of the New Yindu Building, it will build the Yintai City project here.
