The materials prepared in advance are: 300 grams of minced beef, 500 grams of high-gluten flour, 5 grams of chopped green onion, 2 grams of pepper powder, 2 grams of spiced powder, 2 grams of salt, 20 ml of clear water and 5 ml of edible oil.
