Xi'an Xinlehui is located on the south side of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda South Square in Xi'an's Qujiang New District, one of China's first national-level cultural industry demonstration zones. It is at the center of three Qujiang key development areas: the Big Wild Goose Pagoda North Square, Datang Furong Garden, and Nanhu.

Xinlehui is a key construction project of Shaanxi Province and Xi'an City, an important part of Xi'an's "Imperial City Revitalization Plan", and the A plot of Datang Evernight City.

Xinlehui is the core business district of Datang Evernight City. There are three major plazas planned in the district: Taotie Plaza, Family Plaza, and Fashion Plaza; and three characteristic pedestrian streets: Wandering Bar Street, World Food Street, and Fashion Exhibition Street.
