This self-driving trip went all the way from southern Zhejiang to central Zhejiang.
Lishui, Jinhua, and Quzhou in Zhejiang are places with their own "filters" of mist and rain, just like the middle reaches of a painting.
The rain in Zhejiang is torture.
It doesn’t rain heavily, and it won’t stop. It just stays with us like this, all the way.
Let me first show you my route this time.
Although the three cities this time are very close to each other, only about a hundred kilometers apart, the changes in the cultural scenery along the way are relatively "subtle."
Lishui and Quzhou are very different in terms of geography and culture; while Jinhua seems to be very inclusive. Since ancient times, "Jinhua and Quzhou are one family."
First stop: Lishui Lishui, Zhejiang, this city is quite "scary".
I've been here three times, one after another, and every time I feel different.
This time, it was different again.
How should I put it, I feel that Lishui is becoming "mature" day by day, and it will probably be more and more difficult to find that kind of "raw" scenery in the future.
If you plan to travel to Lishui, go there quickly. It is becoming more neat and rounded, and the "edges and corners" are no longer obvious.
For example, the B&B we stayed in was located on the bank of the Oujiang River surrounded by green mountains, but it didn't feel like living in a village at all. The whole small building was full of art, as if a room had been built in the mountains.
An artistic villa.
There are two thousand-year-old villages here, one is called Guyan and the other is called Huaxiang. They have typical Lishui scenery and have a "Zhejiang Green Valley" flavor. They have now been transformed into scenic spots.
After entering the scenic spot, the two villages are not accessible by land and must be taken by boat.
When I came to Guyan Painting Village two years ago, there were only a few people here. Just a year later, a TV series broadcast on CCTV was filmed here, and it became very popular. If we come back this year, my dear, the cruise ship has already been scheduled.
It took a long time to get through the queue.
When traveling in Zhejiang, especially in southern Zhejiang, I have a deep feeling: the scenery waits for no one.
In Lishui, the flowers are different every year.
Delicious food in Lishui The scenery in Lishui is really beautiful, one of the most beautiful in Zhejiang, but frankly speaking, compared to its beautiful scenery, the food in Lishui is a little "inferior".
It's not "beautiful", nor is it very particular, it's very simple and homely.
However, Lishui’s rural tourism is well developed. You can sit in any farmhouse on the road and you’ll find it all very presentable. You can tell that the dishes are thoughtfully presented, but the taste is still the same as in a big firewood hotpot.
The smell of cooking.
Lishui is famous for its excellent landscape ecology, so the specialties here are mostly mountain products and fish from the streams.
In the early years, this place was isolated and poor, with a lot of rain and heavy flash floods. In disaster years, the people could not afford to eat and survival became a problem. Therefore, they used local materials and used their ingenuity to maximize the use and beautification of those humble ingredients.
.
For example, Songyang County in Lishui is actually a well-known "tea city". It has beautiful mountains and clear waters, many huge tea gardens, and some tea gardens even have cycling tracks.
Therefore, the food here is served at Shuitoutai first. The vegetables wrapped in the crucian carp are made from tea leaves, and the handmade tofu also has the flavor of tea leaves.
There is also something called Green Tea Salad, which has a layer of bitter tea powder on the outside but a sweet and soft core.
In Lishui, we can usually eat several things: First, very fresh meat, especially fish.
The fish I ate in Lishui were mostly called river fish and stream fish.
The Xiyu hot pot on the edge of the Oujiang River is a specialty farm dish here. The meat is fresh and tender. It will be unforgettable after eating it once.
Second, it is some "mush" that originated from the folk, that is, soup.
This soup is very inconspicuous, even a bit "ugly". It contains a lot of miscellaneous ingredients, such as starch, vegetable leaves, minced meat, squid, etc. It is thick and delicious and can be found in almost every riverside restaurant.
, called "thin braised squid".
It was served piping hot and after the first bite, I couldn't stop eating bowl after bowl.
Third, it’s tofu.
I found that the tofu made in the mountains of Zhejiang is particularly delicious. This may be related to the poverty in the early years.
