Production steps of Hangzhou sauced duck
Step 1: Wash the duck
Wash the duck, remove impurities and cut into pieces.
Step 2: Marinate the duck.
Put the duck pieces into the pot, add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, soy sauce, spiced powder, cinnamon, tsaoko, star anise and other seasonings, mix well and marinate for half an hour.
Step 3: Cook the duck.
Put the salted duck pieces into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, add seasonings such as ginger, onion and cooking wine, and turn to low heat to cook for about 30 minutes until the duck becomes soft and rotten.
