# Internship Report # Introduction Internship is a process that every college student must face and experience. A correct understanding of the significance of internship to college students will play a very favorable role in promoting future employment and work. There is no weekly diary of 2121 college graduates' internship (7 weeks) for everyone. I hope it will help everyone!
The first week I came to the company in a strange environment, strange people and things, which made me feel a little stiff and tried to make my smile less clumsy. On the first day, the HR manager didn't take us familiar with the company's environment and meet new colleagues as I expected. Everyone seems to be very busy. Maybe it's the peak season for business.
in the first week of internship, we didn't have any business work for us to start as we thought. We are simply assigned to some transactional work, such as sorting out documents and recording some old copywriting. Then I used my lunch break to meet some new colleagues and get familiar with the company's environment.
In the second week, after the internship in the second week, I got some understanding of the company's operation process. Although I haven't done any specific operations yet, I am no longer at a loss when I come into contact with new affairs, and I learned how to deal with some emergencies. For example, when you receive some complaint calls, you know how to appease customers' emotions, how to make a simple treatment in the early stage, and so on. Moreover, I understand the importance of taking the initiative from the process of work. When you have a choice, you should take the initiative in your own hands. I believe that when you first started your internship, you all did "chores" like copying and typing, sorting out documents, etc. Because you didn't understand the company's work content and process at first, doing "chores" became a must-do job in your internship. Although the work is complicated, I have learned a lot from it. Therefore, no matter how big or small things are, as long as you study actively, do your job well, study diligently, ask diligently and do diligently, you will get unexpected gains.
In the third week, I experienced a week of handyman work, which gave me an overall understanding of the company's operation process and business. Therefore, this week, our work content also changed slightly. In addition to sorting out simple customer data, we also began to pay a return visit to some customers. Before that, I always thought it was a very simple job, because I had already learned the skills of telemarketing at school. However, in the process of real operation, we found that there are still many small details that need our attention. For example, in the initial return visit, try not to drag on for too long, which is generally controlled at 3-5 minutes, so that the conversation should be ended, or the customer will be bored. At the same time, in the process of conversation, how to report yourself and how to promote a product are all tips, because only when you think about the problem from the customer's point of view, Customers will be willing to continue the next conversation, such as making it clear what benefits you bring to it and what benefits it has from doing this. If possible, try to make an appointment to meet, because in many cases, many problems will be much better through face-to-face conversation than just telephone conversation. A real idea of customers can be learned through interviews, which is more convincing in explaining some problems.
In the fourth week, the telephone call back one week, from strangeness to proficiency, from one phone call to n phone calls, coming to work every day is to sort out yesterday's customer information, to see which customers' information needs to be returned, and which are today's key customers, to inform other people to visit on the spot, and then to start one after another. The process of returning to work is long and the result is chilling. Maybe you have made thousands of phone calls, and only one customer has positive news. Other customers are euphemistically refusing, and some even have a bad attitude, and that positive customer may be ruined at any time. Finally began to understand the predecessors.
After a week's telephone baptism, the eardrum began to show signs of occupational diseases, and at the same time, it produced a fear of telephone calls. I believe this is the first level that every telemarketer will face after being independent! A complicated and boring telephone call back, but it must be experienced. Only after overcoming this experience can there be greater progress.
The fifth week has flown by, and I have been practicing for more than a month in an instant. Looking back on the past few weeks, I have learned a lot. Although there are some small complaints in the middle, everything comes to him who waits, and finally the past time has not been wasted. Thanks to my colleagues' encouragement and help when I was in the most difficult time, I overcame my phone phobia. With their help, I learned a lot of knowledge that I didn't have in my textbooks. I believe this will be a treasure in my future life and work.
with this business contact for more than a month, I feel more comfortable picking up the phone, and it is easier to adjust my mentality. According to the work tasks of each month, I began to make a weekly plan for myself, and began to implement it chapter by chapter, and made a clear plan for each step of myself. The seemingly simple work plan covers a lot of contents. A work plan must be implementable, and every work goal must be achievable. This is not only for the superiors, but also for themselves. Only after achieving each goal will the work be more motivated.
in the sixth week, after nearly a month's telephone call-back, in addition to reporting the previous work and some summaries, we have a more arduous task this week-visiting customers with old employees (which is the focus of our next stage).
the day before departure, we need to prepare the materials, not only the written materials, but also the materials in your head. After knowing the customer's background information, we need to make clear the main points of our conversation, what we want to achieve in this conversation, and so on, and have a simple plan in mind. Of course, these are just some key points, and more importantly, the skills of conversation and so on.
Of course, the old employees won't tell you the above, such as what he wants to talk about this time, how to cut this topic with customers, and so on. They can only summarize the main points of their conversation with customers by listening in several times. After doing your homework, the most important thing is to practice in actual combat, because only through continuous practice can you make progress, or it will be just an armchair strategist.
In the seventh week, after a month's exercise, I found that I was making rapid progress, and I still did things to communicate with customers by phone this week. Occasionally go out to interview customers.
Because I have always been introverted, the first interview with customers seemed nervous and not smooth, but after an experience, I made a lot of progress, and with the encouragement of my manager and colleagues, I tried to deal with it boldly and slowly got better. No more stage fright in strange situations. Today, in the face of customers who are much more experienced than I am, they can also familiarize themselves with our products through concise and clear expressions, so that they can have a stronger interest in our products.
People are always like this. If you haven't experienced it, you will never know what things are like, whether they are really that difficult or not. So, no matter what, even if you are completely unfamiliar with them, you must try and do it well as long as you have the opportunity. Because there is no experience, then more preparations need to be done. The other thing is not to be afraid of failure, just do it with your heart. When you are proficient, then success will come naturally. For example, my first interview with clients, although I didn't do well enough, or failed, benefited a lot from this attempt, which greatly promoted the success of my subsequent tasks. I have also tested my own level and adaptability through constant experiences and attempts.
Only through constant efforts, constant attempts and constant accumulation of experience can we find our own shortcomings, and then when we make up for them, we can really improve ourselves. So, anyway, work hard and tell yourself that you can do better as long as you put your heart into it!
