1. Ingredients:
1 large bowl of rice, 1 small box of natto, 1 egg, 50g minced pork belly, 3-4 spoons of light salted soy sauce, 1 spoon of chopped green onion, Appropriate amount of seaweed.
2. Method:
(1) Prepare rice, eggs, natto, chopped green onion, minced pork belly, seaweed, and light salted soy sauce.
(2) Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it up, and add minced pork belly.
(3) Stir-fry the minced pork belly until it changes color, add rice and stir-fry.
(4) Pour the natto seasoning packet into the natto and stir evenly.
(5) Add natto to rice and stir-fry evenly.
(6) Add 3-4 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee thin salted light soy sauce.
(7) Stir-fry evenly, add chopped green onion, and put the rice into a bowl.
(8) Break the eggs into a large spoon, put them into the water and cook them over medium heat.
(9) Boil the eggs until they can separate from the spoon and turn into tender soft-boiled eggs.
(10) Place the soft-boiled eggs on the natto rice and sprinkle with some chopped seaweed.
(11) When eating rice, mix the soft-boiled eggs with the rice. It is delicious.
