In the early 1981s, Mr. Gan's father, Mr. Gan Xikai, built a hut with adobe walls and thatched roofs in jiepai, a scenic peak forest farm, and set up a stove to greet drivers. Because it is close to the first national road in Guangxi, passers-by from inside and outside the province have become the first loyal customers of Gan's family, especially the lemon duck, which makes people want to stop.
In Gaofeng Forest Farm, local traditional farmed ducks and local lemons are just common ingredients. Mr. Gan Lao created a sweet taste with the unique understanding of food of Zhuang family.
