If I do it, it tends to be on the lighter side; usually a smoothie.
Of course, if I had a tasting menu, I would have dessert.

Mo chocolate bars or butter tarts, they are so sweet it makes me sick.
It’s the closest thing to a Canadian dessert I’ve ever had, and it’s a nod to Quebec’s traditional pudding.
