The Keiyo Line is a railway line in Japan connecting Tokyo and Chiba Prefecture, with a total length of 43 kilometers and a narrow gauge of 1067 mm. The railway is operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East).
The Keiyo Line is the main railway from Tokyo to Tokyo Disneyland and Makuhari Messe. The Tokyo Terminal of the Keiyo Line is built underground, south of the main platform of Tokyo Station, about half way between Tokyo Station and Yurakucho Station, and a short walk from the Tokyo Station lobby. Transferring to the Keiyo Line from other routes is about It takes 15 to 20 minutes. The platform at Tokyo Station was originally planned to be used by the proposed Narita Shinkansen line connecting Narita International Airport, but due to the failure of the Narita Shinkansen line, the platform was converted to be used by the Keiyo Line.
