You can use PR software to add a blur effect to the video. The operation methods are as follows:

1. Find the video you want to process in the media browser on the left, and then drag it to the timeline on the right, as shown in the following figure.

2. After dragging, we click the small arrow in the lower left corner to open more functions, and the selection effect is shown in the following figure.

3. Among the effects, Find Gaussian blur in the video effect, make an effect diagram of Gaussian blur, and drag it to the video we want to add blur, as shown in the figure below.

Fourth, we click on the effect control at the top left of the page to find the ambiguity among the effect controls. Click to enter the ambiguity. The greater the ambiguity, the more blurred the video is, so we can enter numbers according to our own needs, as shown in the figure below.

Fifth, enter a 5 in the blur.
