The deputy stationmaster assists the stationmaster in guiding the work of the broadcasting station, and provides reference opinions for the stationmaster to evaluate staff. He is responsible for attendance, management and maintenance of broadcasting equipment, organizing and hosting each meeting and activity, and keeping detailed records of meetings and activities.

There are 6 section leaders, who are mainly responsible for the review and editing of all manuscripts in the 6 sections and the overall planning of the program, including program setting and additions.
