Episode 2: Shanghai steamed buns
The theme of the second episode is Shanghai steamed buns. We invited four master chef to participate in the competition. They are Master Wang, the chef of an old-fashioned steamed stuffed bun shop in Shanghai, Master Zhang, the chef of a famous local restaurant in Shanghai, the chef of a famous restaurant in Beijing and Master Chen, the chef of a Cantonese restaurant in Guangdong.
