Qinghe Park is located in the south of Dongping County, north of Liuze Bridge, across the embankment from Daqing River Pier, and is closely adjacent.

The project was jointly developed by Dongping County Transportation Bureau, Construction Bureau and Forestry Bureau, and designed by Shanghai Tongji Design Institute. The total project construction area is 680,000 square meters, and the total estimated investment of the project is 100 million yuan.

Qinghe Park is a modern park integrating leisure and entertainment. It is also a key project of Dongping People's Benefit Project and tourism development this year.
