Mutton stir-fried noodles
Ingredients: appropriate amount of mutton, appropriate amount of beans, appropriate amount of tomatoes, appropriate amount of green onions, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of garlic, appropriate amount of flour, appropriate amount of cooking wine, a little salt, chili powder A little, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of thirteen spices, appropriate amount of soy sauce

Mix the flour into a dough, cover it in a basin and set aside
Cut the mutton into slices. Cut across the grain of the meat.
Cut the beans into strips with a diagonal knife
Slice the green onion, ginger and garlic into shreds. Cut tomatoes into cubes.
Heat oil in a pot over high heat and add a few peppercorns. When the oil heats up, add the mutton, add a spoonful of thirteen spices and stir-fry.
When the mutton changes color and becomes fragrant, add beans, green onions, ginger and garlic, and continue to stir-fry. Then add seasoning, salt, soy sauce, and cooking wine to the pot.
Finally add tomatoes and stir-fry. Add a small cup of water. Turn on low heat and simmer first. Or turn off the heat and start the noodle-pulling session.
Roll the prepared noodles into thin slices, cut them into long strips with a knife, and pull the noodles into another pot for cooking noodles.
Pour the cooked noodles into the mutton and beans pot, stir-fry and you're done!
