The Cambodian Shaolin Cultural Center has been announced to be established in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, in 2023. The person in charge is Master Shi Yanshu.

Shi Yanshu, also known as Zhang Changlong, is originally from Ziyang, Sichuan and was born in Guangdong. He is currently the head of the Cambodian Shaolin Cultural Center.

As an important dispatching unit of Songshan Shaolin Temple, with special approval from the Ministry of the Interior and the State Administration of Taxation of Cambodia, the Cambodian Shaolin Cultural Center enjoys a tax-free policy, which is conducive to the spread of Mahayana Buddhism in Southeast Asia.
