1. Domestically called Muyu flower, it is processed from deep-sea bonito.
The bonito is cooked using a special process. The bones are removed and then repeatedly smoked and dried to remove the tar on the surface. Finally, mold is used to decompose the fat of the bonito and enhance the flavor of the bonito.
The finished product is called "bonito", and when gently tapped, it makes a crisp sound (like the sound of high-grade hard wood).
Cut the bonito into thin slices to make bonito flakes.
2. Okonomiyaki is a Teppanyaki snack originating from Japan. It is a common delicacy in Kansai, Japan, and is also a part of Osaka’s food culture.
The production method is to add water to wheat flour and stir to form a slurry, then add vegetables, meat, fish, shellfish and other ingredients, fry it on an iron plate, and finally add seasonings to eat.
