Exercise:
Wash the big bones with cold water and put them into the pot without covering the whole fire;
Blanch the wine15min, and skim the froth;
Wash with warm water and put directly into the pot;
Add onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, dried peppers and crystal sugar;
3 tablespoons soy sauce +2 tablespoons soy sauce+1 tablespoon soy sauce+1 tablespoon salt+1 can of beer;
Add boiling water to bone, cover and cook until medium heat;
Stew for an hour.
