What really stands out is the chief representative of Luoyang Water Seats. 1974, Premier Zhou came to Luoyang to eat Luoyang water mat and entertain foreign guests. The signature dish "Peony Swallow" was named by the Prime Minister.

We ate in the card room in the hall and went early. No one was there yet.

Peony phoenix tail represents the characteristics of Luoyang water mat: using simple and simple raw materials, adopting complicated procedures and meticulous work, and finally achieving the effect of color, fragrance and taste.

Its main ingredient "protagonist" turns out to be its own colorless and tasteless shredded radish, which can pass through the eye of a needle. The ingredients are shredded ham, shredded sea cucumber, shredded squid, shredded tenderloin, shredded winter bamboo shoots, shredded mushrooms and shredded crab sticks. The shredded radish absorbs the clear soup of these high-grade ingredients, and finally is decorated with peony flowers made by cutting petals with egg cakes.

Radish shreds are very thin, as thin as knitting wool, and a little tough, which may be steamed or fried with starch first.

One bowl contains freshly fried meatballs, and the other bowl contains hot and sour soup. In the blink of an eye, the soup was poured on the meatballs, and immediately white smoke rose, sizzling, fragrant and appetizing.

Although meatballs are soaked in sour soup, they are still crispy and delicious.

The main ingredient of meatballs turned out to be sweet potato vermicelli, without meat and hot and sour juice. Compared with eating meatballs, the stomach has no burden, but it has the burning taste of meat.

There is nothing special about this dish, just pork slices in hot soup, but there is a lot of meat.

You have to eat a staple food after eating. The staple food is characterized by plasma noodles.

What was served was a big basin, which was not so much soup as noodles cooked with porridge. The porridge was grayish green and looked like "salty rice" that my mother loved but I would never eat until I died (a staple food in Taihang Mountain area, rice porridge, noodles, vegetable leaves, radish and kohlrabi are cooked together, so you can't understand everything, so add some salty salt to eat).

I tasted it trembling. God, first it's sour, then it's a little astringent. The old Beijing bean juice is smelly and astringent. Although salty rice is not delicious, it doesn't taste moldy.

After all, this is a special kind of food. I will try again with respect. If the first bite doesn't suit me, so much the better. The second bite is still the same. Even the peanuts inside are sour.

I am not a food waster, but all three of us gave up this dish and will never order it again.

Summary: Luoyang is really a city suitable for poor travel. This tall hotel, with three dishes and a pot of staple food, can only consume less than 150 yuan, which is so affordable.

I just ate a few mouthfuls of that bowl of pulp, which was embarrassing.

It's a good idea to ask the driver for quick information about local food. Traveling in Luoyang is mainly by express train and taxi, chatting with N drivers every day, plus Baidu, there is a lot of information.

The most famous thing about water cushion is that it is really different, but it is not recommended by online critics and locals, especially drivers. It is said that it is for foreigners. Most of them recommend Guan Ji, Yao Yao and Jian Kun, and often invite friends to dinner after work. The online reviews remembered the highest score, so I went to see the record again.

Business is really hot, there are many people, the storefront and tables and chairs are worn out, and the environmental sanitation is close to that of the fly restaurant.

By way of digression, Lijingmen is a must-see attraction in Luoyang. Look at the ancient buildings, visit the ancient city walls and taste delicious food. It is suitable for coming in during the day and at night.

The soup is thin. In terms of food quantity, it is a little less than the first two. Rough workmanship, fried meatballs are no longer crisp. Even the soup slices are filled with tomatoes, while the other two slices are filled with red peppers.

As for the peony tuxedo, I can't see it. I thought it was shredded pork with sauerkraut. The white radish was cut into strips instead of filaments, and I could eat it in one bite.

The price is even more touching. Four dishes cost more than 50 yuan. If you want three dishes and one soup, here is 48 yuan's set meal.

Water mats, as the name implies, are presented in soup, and dishes cannot be separated from soup. The soup tastes like Hu spicy soup and is very appetizing.

Less meat dishes, mainly vegetarian dishes, less oil and water.

I drank all three soups with water, but I didn't feel greasy after drinking them. Under the action of pepper and vinegar, my stomach is warm and comfortable to eat.

I ate all the water mats at the third price, and I still got what I paid for.

Authentic and meticulous, old brand. It's really different and the best.

As for the small restaurants in the alley, 48 yuan has three dishes and one soup, with meat dishes and unlimited rice. What more can you ask for?

Once again, Luoyang is really cheap to eat, and consumption in all aspects is very low. This is a good place for poor travel. Even if you choose the most expensive one, it is really different. If you open your mouth, you will never exceed £-0/00 per person.
