More than 200 producers, more than 400 dishes. Each dish has detailed instructions and is accompanied by a TV program CD. There are three small sections after each dish:

☆Life in a nutshell: Food experts provide you with scientific and healthy living guides.

Using food as the carrier and competition as the form of expression, it organically integrates elements such as food culture, practical information, life interest, health and safety, and achieves "food pleasure" through the interaction of the audience inside and outside the venue. With the purpose of "life", each program consists of an arena competition throughout the program. Through the participation of the host, judges, special guests, and the audience in the program, the connotation of food and service information are displayed in the most ornamental way.
