7. Little Fatty Shengjian King (in Wangnong Community), as a Shengjian lover, I have basically tried all the so-called famous Shengjian restaurants in Ningbo. The buns of this one are great, the bottom is crispy, yellow but not black.

Regarding the glutinous rice dumplings, I would like to add that Din Tai Fung’s fermented glutinous rice dumplings taste great, and the sesame filling inside is ground more finely than most restaurants selling glutinous rice dumplings indoors.

9. Gulou has Shanghai Jianjian. Chen Yuan Shengjian (located near the old Drum Tower bathroom) is not sticky and the soup is not greasy. It tastes pretty good. If you like soup dumpling-style pancakes, you can give it a try.
10. Xiaojiang Shengjian on Zhongshan Road, Fenghua, is a Ning-style pancake. The cake is soft and the bottom is crispy. It is a good choice for dinner and late night snacks. It is a conscientious store.
11. Zhuji Ciwu Noodles (in Xuefu No. 1), the toppings are freshly fried, the three delicacies and the meat cooked in soy sauce are especially delicious, and the noodles are pressed with big wooden sticks, which is extremely chewy.
Not recommended for those who like soft noodles. For those who like strong texture, after eating this kind of noodles, the machine noodles on the market will feel difficult to eat.
