Rules and precautions for using the booth:

1. The stall owner is a student of our school, who obtained and managed the booth after voluntary application, review and recommendation by the college.

2. The stall owner must wear the "stall owner's card" to carefully design and arrange the stalls according to the divided booths within the specified time, and shall not open up the business site by himself.

3. The stall owner can make his own advertisements, promotional materials and art exhibition items according to the demand. Advertisements designed and products sold must be photographed and sent to the organizer by e-mail. )

4. The booth is mainly subject to the management of the organizing committee, and no more than 5 people are arranged to display and manage the creative works.

5. During the exhibition, the stall owner should consciously maintain the market order, and shall not use loud amplification equipment or make loud noises. (Ensure that the work and rest of the teachers in the teachers' dormitory are not affected)

6. The stall owner shall reasonably price the goods he sells and take full responsibility for the quality of the goods he sells (the price shall be agreed by the franchisee and the designer).

The stall owner should fill in the documents for selling and booking goods (provided by the organizing Committee), write down the details and deliver them on time.

8. The booth is mainly to take care of the site and facilities, and compensation will be made if there is any damage. You are not allowed to pull the wire without application. If you apply for electricity, please pay attention to the safe use of electricity and raise safety awareness.

The stall owner should take good care of the goods in this booth to prevent them from being lost or damaged, otherwise he will be responsible.

10. The stall owner shall keep the booth clean and tidy every day during the activity. After the activity, clean the booth.
