Dalian Township, Huaiyang County, Zhoukou City, Henan Province is located in the eastern part of Huaiyang County, 9 kilometers away from the county seat.

It borders Liu Zhentun to the south, Dancheng County to the east, and Gedian Township, Bailou Township, Lincai Township and Chengguan Town to the north.

Huai-Dan Highway and Xuchang-Dancheng Railway pass through the territory.

Pingliangtai Historic Site (Dazhu Village), a national key cultural relic protection unit, is located in this township.

The township has 32 administrative villages, 174 natural villages, 376 villager groups, and 89,000 acres of cultivated land.

At the end of 2004, the total industrial and agricultural output value of the township was 430 million yuan.
