As of September 2019, Liyang City, Jiangsu Province has jurisdiction over ten towns, namely: 1. Licheng Town is located in the south of Jiangsu Province. It is the political, economic and cultural center of Liyang City and one of the 100 famous towns in Jiangsu Province.

Xili Cao River, Wutai Canal and Changli Highway pass through the town, and it is only a 30-minute drive from Nanjing Lukou Airport.

2. Tianmuhu Town is located in the south of Liyang City, 8 kilometers away from the urban area in the north, connected to Daibu Town in the east, Qiucun Town in Guangde County, Anhui Province and Lingda Township in Langxi County in the south, and adjacent to Shezhu Town and Nandu Town in the west.

3. Daitou Town is located in the northeastern suburbs of Liyang City, bordering Changdang Lake to the north, Wutai Canal to the south, and Provincial Highway 239 passing through it.

4. Shanghuang Town is located in the south of Jiangsu Province, at the junction of Liyang, Yixing and Jintan counties (cities), and belongs to the Yangtze River Delta Shanghai Economic Open Zone.

It is 200 kilometers away from Shanghai and Hangzhou, about 100 kilometers away from Nanjing, Suzhou, and Wuxi, 40 kilometers away from Changzhou, and 60 kilometers away from Nanjing Lukou Airport.

Provincial Highway 239 runs through the entire territory, 60 kilometers away from Changzhou Port and 120 kilometers away from Zhangjiagang.

5. Daibu Town is located in the south of Liyang, at the junction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces. It borders Xizhu Town and Taihua Town of Yixing City to the east, Xinhang Town, Guangde County, Anhui Province to the south, and Tianmuhu Town to the west.

6. Bieqiao Town is located in the north of Liyang City, bordering Changdang Lake in the east and Jintan City in the north. It belongs to the semi-hilly landform of Banwei District. It is a national ecological town, a civilized town in Jiangsu Province, and a sanitary town in Jiangsu Province.

7. Zhuqi Town is located in Liyang City, Jiangsu Province. It is now formed by the merger of the original Qianma Town and the original Zhuqi Town. Zhuqi Town is one of the four ancient towns in Liyang and is located at the junction of Liyang, Jintan and Jurong.

, with Maoshan Mountain in the north and Laishui River in the south, has a long history and cultural heritage.

8. Shangxing Town is a newly built agricultural town formed by the merger of the original Yonghe Township, Shangxing Town, Tangqiao Township and Shangpei Town. It is a transportation hub industrial and commercial town in the Yangtze River Delta economic region and is located at the junction of three cities (counties).

It has jurisdiction over 36 administrative villages and 4 neighborhood committees.

9. Nandu Town is located in the geographical center of Liyang City. It is the transportation and trade center in the central and western regions of Liyang. Nandu-Hangzhou Expressway, Yangli Expressway and 104 National Highway pass through it.

It has 30 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.

10. Shezhu Town is one of the three ancient towns in Liyang. It is located at the junction of Jiangsu and Anhui, at the northwest top of the Tianmu Mountains. The Wushen Canal, Yangji Expressway and three provincial highways pass through it.

It has jurisdiction over 2 neighborhood committees and 22 administrative villages.
