Materials needed for Su salt cake: flour, perilla, salt and black sesame.
The steps are as follows:
1. Put perilla seeds in a pot and stir-fry them with low heat.
2. Add the cooked black sesame seeds into the fried perilla seeds and mash them with a rolling pin.
3. Add boiling water to the flour and stir it into a flocculent shape.
4. Make a smooth dough and wake it for 30 minutes.
5. Apply proper amount of oil on the panel to prevent sticking, and divide the dough into five small doughs.
6. Roll one of the dough thinly and sprinkle evenly with perilla paste, cooked black sesame seeds and appropriate amount of salt.
7. Roll the dough into strips
8. Wrap it in a circle and flatten it.
9. Put a little oil in the pot, add the cake and fry until golden on both sides.
