At the beginning of that session, Mr. Gu officially took over the job of head teacher from Mr. Huang, and that heavy responsibility was shared by me and everyone. In the fourth grade, we were very excited that the children could calmly show themselves on the stage and confidently and bravely play the role of little teachers; We are glad that children can become the masters of group cooperative learning. In the fifth grade, with the joint discussion of teachers and children and your strong support, we have our own class culture such as class name, class emblem, class training, class vision and class spirit. In the dead of night, you work overtime to build firefly bookshelves for the children in the firefly class, so that children can find pleasure in reading more books; Together, we added all kinds of flowers to our class to decorate our perfect classroom, which became more vibrant in an instant. In order to save money for your class, after you praised it positively in your circle of friends, you struggled to receive large and small green plants, which once again added icing on the cake to our class. In order to warm the children's childhood, firefly fathers took off their busy work and walked into various groups in the class to accompany the children to pack jiaozi, leaving the best picture for their growth. In the sixth grade, you and your children played angry birds happily on the playground. You hold hands and run to happiness with your children. You dance with the children and try your best to cover up the tug of war. You also helped each other through that dark but warm unusual road with your children. In every activity in the class, the parents' representatives took pains to run around. It seems to be all coolies. In fact, you are all guarding the children's hearts. Their mouths are eating the food you have carefully prepared, but their hearts are full of joy. Every active participation will leave the best memories for children's childhood, and leave the deepest picture feeling in their minds again and again, with their lifelong growth! Some people use their whole lives to heal their childhood, but I believe that children in firefly class can also use their childhood to heal their whole lives. Even if they encounter setbacks or difficulties in the future, they can remember their happy childhood and face it bravely with a beam of light.
Your contribution without regrets and your sincere participation have made the home-school co-education of our firefly class affect the children in a quiet way. At the parent-teacher meeting, you always listen carefully and speak actively; As a member of the family, you pay close attention to every child in the class. You encourage the children with light in their hearts with positive words in the class group, and your praise gives them more motivation to move forward. Everything you say and do is setting a good example for the children. It is because of you that children slowly learn to settle down, become ignorant and rebellious, and slowly try to change in silence. In the gratitude expansion activity, a letter from home wrote out your expectations for your children, and the children also wrote out their love for you. Between the lines, the class vision of firefly class is being practiced: mutual warmth and mutual illumination!
You are not only children's closest relatives, but also children's most trusted partners. The road ahead is not only far away, but also bumpy. When they encounter difficulties, I hope you can all stand with them, give them the strongest backing and fully support them. When you succeed, you can share your happiness with them, so that you can really walk into the hearts of children and become their sincere friends. In this challenging era, children need more support and understanding from you. Near graduation, the father of a child in the class called me on his own initiative to listen to his feelings for his parents. When I praised my father's behavior in class, how my little eyes longed for his thoughtfulness! Taking this opportunity, I interviewed the children in my class alone. At this time, the children came to the office, let down their guard and expressed their most wanted advice to their parents: "I think it's unfair that parents always let us do things without doing them ourselves." ; "I feel that I have been trying to do everything well, but my parents always ask me to be perfect. If I have to give some advice, I hope she will always be my good mother. " ; "I am also a member of this family. I hope parents will listen to our suggestions on family affairs. You can't make decisions for us, and you often ignore your feelings. " ; "After my mother came to attend the first and last parent-teacher conference in primary school, her attitude towards me changed a lot and she was more concerned about me." ..... The children's stories are fresh in the teacher's memory. Some children's little faces are filled with happy smiles, but more children's eyes are wet and they sob to tell the teacher the pictures that make them remember deeply. These pictures come to my mind one by one like movies. For an instant, I saw how their fragile hearts longed for your understanding! And our parents, who are often busy with work, life, socializing and entertainment, will treat you as all children and let yourself go. In any case, they gradually become unfamiliar with their parents and are unwilling to communicate. If all our parents can, like the father who called, put down our lofty position, bend down to communicate with their children on an equal footing, learn to respect their children, learn to understand them and learn to support them, I believe that such equal communication and correct guidance can make children truly realize their mistakes. Blindly accusing and complaining, blindly imposing adults' ideas on children, not only won't listen, but will be counterproductive. Everyone likes obedient children, but disobedient children must have reasons for disobedience. Only by carefully analyzing the reasons behind this matter can we better solve the fundamental problems of children. As long as you treat them with your heart and are willing to push them as much as you can, I believe they will get better and better. Because I believe that I have seen their kindness, their bravery, their honesty, their efforts and their cuteness, which will remain in the teacher's heart for a long time. I also believe that the parents of firefly class can bravely face the suggestions made by their children and join hands with them to move towards the bright side in reflection.
