Don't look at the scenery and don't talk about history. Which cities in China are worth visiting just to eat?

In order to eat, these cities must come once in this life!

There are many Chinese cuisines. You have traveled all over the country, and everywhere you go, there are delicious foods worth your lingering. Really, every city, every tiny place, has shining food. So, which cities are crowded with many delicious foods, so that you can taste them in different ways every day. It is no exaggeration to say that for 365 days, every day is not the same?

I think this question seems a bit big. Actually, I have to sit down and talk about it. It seems that it will take 365 days to talk about it. Then pick up the key points and share them with me.

List these cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xi 'an, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Nanjing, Urumqi, Suzhou, Chongqing and Shunde.

In no order, anyway, if I don't eat for a while, I will think about it. I can buy foreign food at my doorstep, but I always feel something is missing. Or get the local to taste the real taste. 1. Beijing

When it comes to Beijing, of course, roast duck ranks first. Besides roast duck, I also like instant-boiled mutton, shredded pork in Beijing sauce, mending patties, pea yellow, snowballing, sesame-paste sesame cakes, Zhajiang Noodles, poria cocos cakes, candied haws, and the big jiaozi in Beijing. Maybe you will joke that jiaozi is too common.

I remember the first time I went to Beijing in 1979. At that time, I had to wait in line for a seat and asked for a small plate of jiaozi. Wow, it was really delicious. I couldn't resist asking for another plate. It was the best I've ever eaten.

The picture below shows my own roast duck. Second, Shanghai

Shanghai's food is most to my taste, whether it's local local dishes or local specialty snacks.

such as braised pork, shredded eel in oil, braised bamboo shoots in oil, pickled fresh, wonton with green vegetables, fried steamed bread, fresh meat moon cakes, steamed buns with crab roe, fried rice cakes, noodles with scallion oil, salted soybean milk, etc.

I really have a soft spot for Shanghai's big wonton. I used to eat only small wonton in Huainan, my hometown. I tasted it for the first time in a small alley in Shanghai. My grandmother served it in a casserole. The wonton is so big. In addition to wonton, there are vegetables, laver, egg skin, pickled mustard tuber and so on in the soup. It's really delicious, and then I learned to cook it myself. The picture below shows my own casserole wonton. Third, Xi' an

Speaking of Xi' an, in 86, I went to Xi' an for the first time only for the Terracotta Warriors, and I didn't find any delicious food in Xi' an. I only know that I want to eat a bite of rice, but it's so hard to find. It's all pasta.

I didn't really understand it until I started playing with delicious food, especially Xi 'an snacks. The most famous snacks are the top ten. As for me, I studied blindly and watched a lot of videos and recipes on the Internet. So far, I have learned 6 kinds. They are paomo, Chinese hamburger, palace beef pie, meatball hot soup, biangbiang noodles, and Zhen cake.

1. Paomo

The characteristics of Xi 'an mutton paomo are: the material is heavy and mellow, the rotten meat soup is thick, fat but not greasy, and the aroma is overflowing.

when eating, you need to add sugar and garlic, hot sauce, coriander and garlic seedlings, and you should plan to eat it, which is called nibbling. Do not stir it, otherwise the aroma will be completely lost.

2. Chinese hamburger

Chinese hamburger is a Baiji steamed bun with preserved meat, which is crisp, soft and tough, and full of wheat flavor. The meat is bright and ruddy, soft and mellow, and it melts in the mouth and smells fragrant. 3. crispy beef patties

Xi' an beef patties have three layers, the outer layer is a crispy shell, and the middle layer is a layer of flexible thin dough, which is filled with fresh, fragrant, smooth and tender beef and green onions. It's really delicious!

4. meatball chili soup

Eating shortbread, people in Xi 'an like it best with chili soup.

meatball hot soup, also known as beef ball stew. There are beef balls, potatoes, lotus white, carrots, cauliflower, celery and so on in the soup. The soup is made of cattle and sheep bones.

5. retort cake

retort cake is made by steaming glutinous rice, red dates or candied dates and red kidney beans on an iron retort, with fresh, soft and sweet color. It can be eaten cold or hot.

What impresses me most about Guangzhou is morning tea. As for the rest, I have no idea.

There are many snacks in the morning tea, which are delicious, and each one has its own characteristics.

such as shrimp dumpling king, rice rolls, steamed pork ribs with black bean sauce, beef venetian with chicken feet, boiled cabbage, preserved egg lean porridge, raw rolled fish porridge, water chestnut cake, mala cake, durian crisp, yangzhi manna, etc.

The picture below shows my own shrimp dumpling king. Let's see if it looks good. V. Xiamen

The city above is a municipality directly under the central government, or a provincial capital. Xiamen is not, but I feel that I know more about the food in Xiamen than the food in Huainan, my hometown. When I was in my hometown, I wanted to eat Huainan beef soup, so I bought it on the street, and I never thought about cooking it myself. But I wanted to cook everything I ate in Xiamen, because I didn't live in Xiamen and I had to learn to cook it myself if I missed it.

I divide snacks in Xiamen into two categories: salty and sweet.

The salty ones are fried oyster, braised pork dumplings, Satay Noodles, moistened cakes, fried spiced, frozen bamboo shoots, salted dumplings, taro paste, etc.

The sweet ones are Xiamen pie, glutinous rice paste, fried jujube, wooden comb cake, peanut soup, mung bean cake, new year cake, fruit flower paste and four fruit soup.

In addition to the above five cities, there are Dongpo Meat and Longjing Shrimp in Hangzhou, Regan Noodles and Doupi in Wuhan, salted duck and duck blood soup in Nanjing, saute spicy chicken and roasted steamed stuffed bun in Urumqi, Sweet and Sour Mandarin Fish in Suzhou and hot pot in Chongqing, etc. I don't want to introduce them in detail one by one. I feel that the articles are a little long, and every city can write at least 1,111 words.

But I'd like to mention Shunde, which is a place I've always dreamed of going. It is said that this is the first city to eat food, but unfortunately I haven't been there yet.

As the saying goes, "When you eat in Guangzhou, you can cook in Fengcheng". Shunde has conquered tricky diners with exquisite craftsmanship and purest taste.

Well, that's all for today's sharing. Welcome to join the discussion. What other cities do you want to visit most just for eating? That is to say, in order to eat, these cities must come once in this life!
