Her first performance was in 1955 at the Meijiza Theater in Tokyo as a subservient in "The Song of Hometown". In 1969, Sachiko Mitsumoto appeared on the big screen for the first time in the role of Touko in "The Story of Torajiro". Sachiko Mitsumoto once took a break from her career due to marriage and childbirth, and later made a comeback with "Yanghui Tower" at the Shinbashi Dance Hall in May 1984. Afterwards, while focusing on stage plays, she also participated in the TV series "Muscular Officials? Gekistr!" Performances such as "Photography". Today, she is still active on the stage of New School and other genres.
