Jiepai porcelain
Located at the junction of Hengyang and Hengshan counties at the southwest foot of Hengshan Mountain in Nanyue, it is rich in porcelain clay resources and is one of the three largest porcelain clay bases in China. Jiepai porcelain has a production history of more than 300 years. Among them, the pattern porcelain with unique style, white as jade, rock-like sound and paper-thin is called "the essence of oriental art" by foreign businessmen. Wulian
Hengyang local famous specialty. Location: Taiyuan, Hengyang County, Qiao Shan and other places. It is named because its surface is grayish brown or grayish black. Lotus has been planted in Hunan for more than 3000 years, reaching its peak in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Hengyang is one of the main producing areas in Hunan. Outside the Xiaoximen Gate of Hengyang, there are lotus flowers everywhere, which is called "Bai Lianhua of West Lake". Hengyang lotus fog is thick and pink, sweet and fragrant, and it is easy to cook after fire, which is its characteristic. Wulian in Taiyuan, Qiao Shan and other places is the crown of local lotus. The commercial official newspaper published in the thirty-second year of Guangxu reign in Qing Dynasty called Lian Heng "the first in China". Areca taro
Also known as taro, mainly produced in Qidong County, it is rich in brick ponds, Shuangjiang and Baosheng Temple. Areca taro is rich in starch, protein, fat and vitamins, and can be processed into taro chips, taro shreds and other non-staple foods. In the brick pond, a commodity production base of betel nut taro has been formed, which has changed from planting by field to planting by whole field. Hengshan white sugar plum
Traditional precious fruit varieties. Produced in Hengshan county, it has a history of more than 300 years. The fruit is oblate, with yellow-green skin, thin and tough skin, dense pulp and yellow-white color. Mature in June, the fruit is medium and large, and the weight of a single fruit is about 30 grams. For fresh food, the meat is crisp, the core is small, the taste is sweet, the juice is more, and the fiber is less. Nanyue yunwucha
It is named after it is produced in the mountains and clouds of Nanyue, and it was called Yueshan tea in ancient times. Since the Tang Dynasty, it has been used as a tribute to the emperor. It mainly grows in Guangji Temple, Tiefo Temple and Huagai Peak at an altitude of 800- 1 100 meters. The climate here is mild and humid, and the soil is rich in organic matter, which is suitable for tea growth. In the Tang Dynasty, Lu Yu's Tea Classic said: "Tea came from the south of the mountain and was born in the valley of Hengshan County." It can be seen that Nanyue Wuyun tea has long been famous. Lakeside wine
In ancient times, it was called wine, and it was also called wine recorded by you. Lake wine was originally brewed by farmers near Mianhu Lake, and then gradually entered the market. Zhangfeijiu
Produced by leiyang city Winery. According to legend, during the Three Kingdoms period, Pang Tong was appointed as the magistrate of Leiyang County, and Zhang Fei, one of the generals of the Five Tigers of Shu, was ordered to inspect Pang Tong's achievements. Pang Tong entertained Zhang Fei with old folk wine. Zhang Fei found Pang Tong brilliant. After returning to Chengdu, he recommended Pang Tong as his military adviser. Later generations called this wine Leiyang Zhangfei wine. Zhang Fei wine is made of high-quality glutinous rice, which has been specially processed for many times and refined for a long time. The wine is clear and transparent in color, mellow, sweet and refreshing, and rich in nutritional value. 1990 at the Wine Culture Expo held during the 11th Asian Games in Beijing; Won the most popular product at home and abroad-"Great Wall Cup" award and special award for packaging sulfur. Huanghualai
