1. Ingredients: 5g of small potatoes, a spoonful of cumin powder, a spoonful of cumin grains, a spoonful of thirteen spices, a spoonful of Chili powder, a proper amount of chopped green onion, olive oil, salt, soy sauce and sugar
2. Wash the small potatoes and cook them until they are ripe. Rinse with cold water and peel for later use.
3. Heat the electric baking pan, pour in olive oil and put the small potatoes in.
4. Fry until at least a little brown, and pour in cumin powder, cumin grains, thirteen spices and Chili powder.
5. Add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, sugar and water and mix well.
6. Sprinkle chopped green onion and stir well to turn off the fire.
