The mold is made of glass fiber and unsaturated resin.
Test mode
After the mold is finished, it needs to be polished and leveled with 320#, 240# and 120# sandpaper, and then the mold trial is started.
Acrylic plate molding
The formal production of bathtub products began with acrylic board. Fix the acrylic board on the iron frame, put it in the oven, bake it to 190℃-200℃, and vacuum suck the baked board on the made mold after taking out the oven, so that the acrylic board can be molded.
consolidate
Resin, fiber and talcum powder are mixed together in a certain proportion. Then the mixture and fiber are used to reinforce the molded product. After reinforcement to the required thickness, the product falls to the ground after 12 hours.
side cut
After trimming the bathtub with an edger, butt the two cylinders together.
shine
After docking, enter the next process-polishing. Use 80#, 120#, 240# and 320# sandpaper to polish, then use quick-drying putty to fill the sand holes and polish.
Sprayed glass
The polished product flows into the next process-glaze spraying. When spraying glaze, clean and polish it first, and then spray it repeatedly in a clean place with the prepared glaze until the butt joint is not visible.
rebuild
Bake after spraying the cylinder, and enter the next process-renovation after 24 hours. Glazing positions are refurbished with 600#, 1200# and 2000# sandpaper. Polishing with wax after polishing meets the requirements when it is the same as the original acrylic board.
parcel
After polishing, the next process-packaging. First, clean the dust on the surface of the product, adjust the feet, then put it in a bubble bag, then put it in a carton, then pack the carton and put it on a tray, and it can be shipped.
